Healthy Recipe: Baked Lemon Olive Oil Chicken
Altering my Olive oil chicken a bit, substituting veggies with lemon slices and longan honey! For some reason these took longer to cook and I’m not sure why…
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1. Cut up lemon slices and put on bottom glass pan. Put chicken on top. Preheat 425 oven.
2. Cover with olive oil, add 1/4 cup water add more lemon slices.
3. Foil cover and bake for 45 mins or until juices running.
Status: Its ok, nothing spectacular.
